Police searching for Marion County man accused of defrauding elderly

FAIRMONT, W.Va. — State Police in Marion County are asking for the public’s help in finding a local man who is accused of defrauding senior citizens.

Michael Anthony Lee, 56, of Barrackville and the Greater Fairmont Area, is accused of financial exploitation of the elderly and fraudulent schemes.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the West Virginia State Police’s Fairmont Detachment at (304) 367-2701.

State Police warns that anyone assisting Michael Lee in avoiding Law Enforcement or provides false information is subject to criminal prosecution.
