Jackson County man killed in I-77 crash

KENNA, W.Va. — A tractor trailer driver didn’t stop after a pick-up truck got stuck under his rig Thursday night on Interstate 77 in Jackson County, state police said.

The driver of the pick-up, Bradlee Haynes, 33, of Kenna, was killed in crash. Troopers have charged tractor trailer driver Fergly Grebinnyk, 61, of Charlotte, with leaving the scene of a deadly accident and giving false information to police.

According to troopers, the victim’s truck was dragged about a half mile. Grebinnyk didn’t stop for another 1.5 miles.
