House Finance passes its tax reform bill

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The House Finance Committee, after a long morning of questions, passed a tax reform bill on to the full House. The bill had already passed the state Senate but it’s been amended heavily. It took the form of a strike-and-insert amendment.
