Two very different amendments under consideration in medical marijuana debate

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Competing amendments were to be considered this afternoon as the House of Delegates takes up a medical marijuana bill.

One, offered by Judiciary Chairman John Shott, is more restrictive. The other, being offered by Delegate Mike Pushkin and a few other delegates, including some Republicans, would be less so.
