Gallery: Class AA No. 9 Elkins dominant in win over Fairmont Senior

FAIRMONT, W.Va. — Class AA No. 9 Elkins jumped out early and defeated Fairmont Senior 11-0 in five innings Tuesday night in high school baseball action.

The Tigers scored six runs in the first and two more in the second to take complete control. Adam Riggleman got the start on the mound for Elkins, going 2.2 innings, striking out four and giving up just two hits.

Elkins improved to 5-0 on the season, while Fairmont Senior dropped to 2-4.
