Mingo County man killed in traffic crash

ALUM CREEK, W.Va. — A Mingo County man was killed in a single vehicle crash on U.S. Route 119 in Lincoln County early Friday morning.

Felton Pack, 72, of Gilbert, lost control of his southbound vehicle near Priestley Ridge Road. The vehicle went off the highway and slammed into a tree, state police troopers said.

The crash happened at about 1 a.m. A woman passenger was taken to the hospital.
