Charleston police investigating West Side shooting

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The Charleston Police Department is investigating a shooting on Charleston’s West Side that resulted in one man going the hospital.

Police said Bobby Dolin was shot in the neck at an apartment on Delaware Avenue. Dolin was taken to Charleston Area Medical Center.

Authorities said Dolin has not been cooperating, and they believe drugs are involved.

Police are searching for a suspect, who they describe as a male in his 20s with a scruffy beard.
