Armed robbery suspects arrested in Morgantown

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Two Morgantown men are behind bars accused in a city armed robbery.

A victim told police he was walking along University Avenue around 6 p.m. Thursday when two men in a Toyota Corolla stopped beside him, asked him some questions, showed a gun and demanded an item. The victim complied.

Within an hour, Morgantown police identified the suspects’ vehicle traveling on East Brockway Avenue. Police discovered the men inside matched the victim’s description of the armed robbers. Investigators reported the victim identified the two men as the suspects.

David Annonio, 22 of Morgantown, and Deondre Hudson, 21 of Morgantown, were arrested and charged with robbery and conspiracy.
