Sissonville man ID’d in deadly motorcycle crash

SISSONVILLE, W.Va. — Kanawha County sheriff’s deputies identified the man who died in a Wednesday motorcycle accident as Dallas Franklin Call Jr., 24.

The Sissonville man was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash in the 7900 block of Sissonville Drive at around 8:45 p.m. Wednesday. Call’s motorcycle struck a utility pole after apparently colliding with another vehicle.

The motorcycle and the second vehicle were traveling north prior to the crash, and speed may have been a factor for both, deputies said.

No one in the car was injured.

Criminal charges are being considered, deputies said.
