Fairmont woman missing after trip to Huntington

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — A Fairmont woman may be in “extreme danger” after going missing earlier this month.

West Virginia State Police said Kara Jeffrey, 21, was last seen May 1 while visiting a friend in Huntington.

According to troopers, she does not own a vehicle and may be with an unknown man.

Jeffrey is an Asian female, 5 feet 4 inches tall and 140 pounds.
