One dead in Taylor County accident Thursday morning

GRAFTON, W.Va. — The Taylor County Sheriff’s Department is investigating what led to a fatal single-vehicle accident just outside of Grafton early Thursday morning.

One vehicle was involved in the crash at 976 Country Club Road in Taylor County. The victim is believed to have been ejected from the vehicle.

The victim’s identity has not yet been disclosed.

Additionally, police have not released information about the accident’s cause.
