FAYETTEVILLE, W.Va. — At least six people are in custody and another six people remain at-large following a drug investigation by the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office and the Central West Virginia Drug Task Force.
The investigation into drug trafficking offenses led to attempts to locate the individuals beginning Thursday, June 1. The following are in police custody:
Billy Dale Jackson, Jr., 43, of Gauley Bridge, faces two counts of delivery of a controlled substance.
Trey Lamar Dixon, 24, of Oak Hill faces, two counts of delivery of a controlled substance.
Timothy Shane Cavalier, 41, of Smithers, faces two counts of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
Patrick W. Settle, 35, of Fayetteville, faces two counts of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
Danielle Humphrey, age unknown, of Rainelle, faces one charge of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance. Humphrey’s boyfriend was also arrested on an unrelated charge. Robert Lemaster, 41, was wanted for a misdemeanor domestic battery charge and a bond revocation on a previous domestic battery charge. Police said he was hiding in Humphrey’s home.

Six other unnamed suspects remain at-large.
