Bedlam at forefront of Big 12’s Top 50 players countdown

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Ultimately, Baker Mayfield and Mason Rudolph could battle over conference player of the year honors, the Davey O’Brien Award and maybe even a Heisman.

Quarterbacks, especially great ones, become glory magnets. But the Gold & Blue Lunch Report wraps up its countdown of the Big 12’s Top 50 players with another player at the top, Oklahoma State receiver James Washington.

Watch today’s video to hear why.

For accounting purposes, Oklahoma led the way with nine players in our field, while Oklahoma State’s eight tied for second-most with West Virginia. (Those were the only Big 12 teams to post double-digit wins last year.)
