Mazza to take helm at Bridgeport Middle School

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — David Mazza was named the new principal of Bridgeport Middle School in a unanimous vote during a special Harrison County Board of Education meeting Friday.

Mazza has served as the school’s assistant principal since 2010, under Carole Crawford.

Crawford left the position after 14 years in June to become the new supervisor of personnel for the Harrison County BOE.

The opening for an assistant BMS principal will be posted next week.
