Teenage girl taken to hospital following ATV accident

KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. — A teenage girl was injured Saturday in an ATV accident in Kanawha County.

According to authorities, it happened in the Sanderson area.

Witnesses said the girl was attempting to cross a creek when she flew over the handlebars of the ATV.

The girl was taken to the hospital via helicopter. She was unconscious during this time.
