Fayette County woman charged after K-9 unit discovers meth

SCARBRO, W.Va. — A Fayette County woman is facing charges after police discovered drugs concealed in her pick-up truck.

Police found more than two grams of methamphetamine packed for sale and a set of scales for measurement of weight, leading to the arrest of Jessica Ruth Dilley, 32, of Scarbro.

She is charged with a single felony count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

The detection of the drugs is credited to Arras, one of the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department’s K-9 units.
