Preliminary hearing for Josh Nicewarner will be held Tuesday

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — A preliminary hearing in the case of Josh Nicewarner will be held Tuesday morning.

Nicewarner, the former head football coach at Bridgeport High School and physical-education teacher at Liberty High School, was arrested July 21 following the execution of search warrants at the two schools’ athletic facilities.

He is charged with two felonies related to the attempted seduction of a 14-year-old girl.

The hearing will begin at 10:15 a.m. at the Harrison County Courthouse.
