UPDATE: State police say home invasion suspect in custody

UPDATE 11:30 a.m. — State police say Cantley in custody–more information expected to be released later today.

RALEIGH COUNTY, W.Va. — A man is wanted in connection to a home invasion robbery Tuesday morning in Raleigh County.

The West Virginia State Police consider Brandon Lee Cantley to be armed and dangerous. Cantley is accused of tying up two women at a home in the Rock Creek area. Troopers said the women were not injured.

Cantley was last seen driving a gold-colored Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo with a West Virginia license plate, numbered “3NC645.”

State police advise people not to approach Cantley, and instead call their local state police detachment or CrimeStoppers of West Virginia at 304-255-7867.
