MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — A 14-year-old girl missing since May 21, 2017, was safely located in Bangor, Maine. Abigail Arthur is safely in custody and in good health. It’s believed she ran away from home, but it’s unclear through what means she reached Maine. Arrangements are being made to return her to West Virginia.
