Harrison County women sentenced for separate drug charges

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — Two Harrison County women are facing charges for separate drug related crimes.

Danna J. Hern, 31, of Clarksburg, was sentenced Tuesday to 51 months incarceration for heroin distribution.

Hern pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to possess with the intent to deliver heroin in September 2016.

A second woman, Megan Eileen Dunigan, 29, of Mount Clare, was sentenced Tuesday to 36 months incarceration for possession and distribution of an illegal substance.

Dunigan pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute MAM2201 and buprenorphine in July 2017. She admitted to having conspiring with others to distribute illegal substances in Harrison County from April 2014 to April 2016.

Senior U.S. District Judge Irene M. Keeley presided both cases.
