Grand jury concludes in Harrison County

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — A Harrison County grand jury has indicted 74 individuals Thursday as part of its September session.

Among those indicted are three Clarksburg residents on murder and conspiracy to commit robbery charges, relating to a woman found dead in Barbour County April 1.

Daniel Claude Amsler, 55, Warren Kipp Hall, 49, and Elizabeth Ladybird Jenkins, 51, were indicted on charges of murder and conspiracy to commit robbery in the death of Keyairy Dawn “Keya” Wilson on March 20.

The grand jury started Tuesday and reported to Harrison Chief Judge James A. Matish early Thursday afternoon.
