CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Gov. Jim Justice announced Tuesday a Cross Lanes auditor will replace a state delegate who resigned earlier this month.

Dianna Graves will represent District 38 in the West Virginia House of Delegates, which includes parts of Kanawha and Putnam counties.

She is an employee at Suttle & Stalnaker, a Charleston-based CPA firm.

Graves succeeds Nancy Reagan Foster, who announced her resignation on Sept. 1, citing family and business obligations.
