Missing man’s body found in Huntington

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — The body of a missing Huntington man has been found, according to police.

Police found the body of Billy Jordan, 82, just after 11 p.m. Monday at his home in Piedmont Road in the Harveytown neighborhood. He was last seen Sept. 24.

According to a news release, Jordan’s body was found not far from his vehicle.

Foul play is not suspected.

Family members told police Jordan suffered from dementia and other health complications.

Jordan’s body was sent to the state Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy.
