Truck collides with Harrison County school bus

SALEM, W.Va. — Three people were transported via ambulance following an accident between a school bus and pickup truck on U.S. 50 near Dog Run Road.

The crash occurred around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Harrison County Sheriff Robert Matheny said the victims had only minor injuries.

“A few of the students were transported by bus to United Hospital Center for evaluation,” Matheny said.

Sgt. Jaumot is handling the investigation.
