PUTNAM COUNTY, W.Va. — A woman is dead after being struck by a truck Saturday night in Putnam County.
According to the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department, Crystal Toler was walking along Route 62 when she was hit by a vehicle around 11 p.m.
Both Toler and the truck were heading south.
Authorities have launched an investigation.
