WESTOVER, W.Va. — A Monongalia County man is facing felony charges for an alleged sexual assault.

Chad Campbell, 34, of Westover

According to the criminal complaint, Campbell was working at the Westover Taco Bell when the victim and another child rode up to the drive-through window on their bicycles, where Campbell was working at the time of the incident.

Campbell then left the window and approached the children who were in the parking lot at the time and instructed them to follow him into the dumpster area behind the restaurant, which was surrounded by a chain linked fence allowing for some concealment.

Once in the area, Campbell then spoke to the two children about male genitalia, which led to the sharing of explicit photos. Campbell then engaged in oral sex with one of the children, according to the complaint. Campbell proceeded to go back to work after the incident.

Campbell was arraigned in Monongalia County Magistrate Court on Monday with bail set at $10,000.
