More than 20 charged in Morgantown following fake ID operation

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — The Morgantown Police Department has cited 23 people for providing false identification in a multi-agency operation this weekend.

The Alcohol Beverage Control Administration (ABCA) worked in conjunction with city police to conduct the operation, which will result a $500 fine and a mandatory suspension of driving privileges.

The 23 cited are accused of displaying or possessing fictitious or altered identification, loaning or giving an identification to another person for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or displaying or representing any ID not issued to the person in possession.

Those charged are:

  • Grace Allen, 20, of Simpsonville, South Carolina
  • Joe Michael Annichirico, 20, of Fanwood, New Jersey
  • Elizabeth Bisson, 19, of West Babylon, New York
  • David Bush, 19, of Toland, Connecticut
  • Bodey Collier, 19, of Kent, Ohio
  • Bruce Confurello, 18, of Clifton, Virginia
  • Shannon Curtin, 19, of Morgantown, West Virginia
  • Sydney Dangott, 20, of Morgantown, West Virginia
  • Alex Fredrickson, 18, Leesburg, VA
  • Dhria Harworth, 20, of Mara, Pennsylvania
  • Aaron Hood, 18, of Cleveland, Ohio
  • Brittany Kekner, 18, of Stamford, Connecticut
  • Nicholas Messing, 18, of Clarence, New York
  • Nicholas Muslera, 18, of Hyattsville, Maryland
  • Lawrence Napolitano, 19 years of age, of Madison Township, Pennsylvania
  • Madison Peach, 20, of Stanhope, New Jersey
