One person dead after weekend accident in Harrison County

ANMOORE, W.Va. — The patient transported from a single vehicle accident Saturday afternoon is now dead, Harrison County Sheriff Robert Matheny confirmed.

Dylan Brown, 24, of Craigsville, was driving a Jeep without a seatbelt on when it ran off of the road. The crash occurred just after 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the 117 mile marker of I-79.

Brown was flown to Ruby Memorial Hospital and has died as a result of his injuries.
