WESTON, W.Va. — A 34-year-old Ohio man entered a plea agreement in Lewis County Circuit Court Monday, pleading guilty to second-degree robbery.

Ryan Ashley Hubbs, of Paris, Ohio, was originally charged with first-degree robbery after hijacking a car at gunpoint in the parking lot of Weston’s CVS in October 2016. The plea grants a sentence of 10 to 18 years in prison.

Hubb’s sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 7 at 3 p.m. He still faces felony murder charges in Marion County.
