Davis’ brother Jordan Davis was charged with the same murder and is in the Northern Regional Jail. The shooting was a result of a dispute between Hinton and the two brothers.
Prosecutors said surveillance video led them to the two arrests.
Davis will be arraigned on the murder charge in Ohio County Magistrate Court.
