Florida man killed in Wood County crash

PARKERSBURG, W.Va. — A Florida resident is dead after an accident Friday afternoon on I-77 in wood County.

Wood County deputies say the victim Robert Andolsen, 77, of Palm Bay, Florida died at Camden Clark Medical Center. He was a passenger in an SUV traveling southbound on the interstate which lost control, struck the guardrail, and left the highway. The accident happened about 1 p.m. Friday afternoon a mile south of the Mineral Wells rest stop.

The driver Jean Andolsen, 72, of Palm Bay is being treated at Camden Clark for her injuries.
