Three arrested for drug distribution at Beckley hotel

BECKLEY, W.Va. — An investigation by the Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office and the Beckley Raleigh County Drug and Violent Crime Unit led to the seizure of drugs and three arrests.

After gathering information from a previous arrest, officers obtained a search warrant for a room at the Beckley Quality Inn. Upon entering the room, police found around 515 grams of methamphetamine.

The drugs collected have an estimated street value of $103,000, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies arrested Miguel Garcia and Saul Rodriguez, both of Fort Worth, Texas and Juan Nolasco-Campos from the Republic of El Salvador.

All face charges of possession with intent to deliver. They are currently being held at the Southern Regional Jail in Raleigh County pending bond.
