Man dies in Wirt fire

ELIZABETH, W.Va. — The state Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating a deadly fire that happened Friday in Wirt County.

The blaze occurred at a mobile home off Peewee Hill Road near Elizabeth at around 9 a.m.

Authorities identified the victim as Richard Cline, 57.

The mobile home was a total loss. A cause of the blaze has yet to be determined.
