One dead in ATV accident in Pendleton County

FRANKLIN, W.Va. — A Pendleton County man is confirmed dead following a Tuesday ATV accident.

Robert L. Evick, 54, of Franklin, rolled over his ATV before noon Tuesday. He was driving the vehicle while hunting for deer.

The DNR confirmed he died from injuries suffered in the accident. They are investigating further.
