Wanted Fayette County man arrested for grand larceny

FAYETTEVILLE, W.Va. — A 46-year-old Scarbo man wanted by the New York Police Department for second degree grand larceny has been arrested in the Cannelton area of Fayette County.

Frank Leon Jones was arrested without incident by the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department at the Mount Olive Correctional Complex, where he is employed as a correctional officer.

Jones has been remanded to the Southern Regional Jail to await extradition proceedings.
