Phone call released in Rivera dispute

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The phone call made in connection to an incident between actress Naya Rivera and her husband Ryan Dorsey was released Tuesday.

According to Kanawha County Sheriff’s deputies, Rivera and Dorsey were arguing Saturday evening over their child at the time, adding Rivera was under the influence of alcohol as well.

According to the released 911 tape, Dorsey told a dispatcher his wife was “out of control.”

“She’s being physical,” Dorsey added, saying she did not have any weapons on her at the time.

Dorsey told deputies when they arrived Rivera had struck her in the head and upper lip.

Dorsey said on Twitter Tuesday this is a difficult time for his family, and he would like everyone to respect their privacy.
