CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The state Legislature will be going into another special session.
This one was called by Gov. Jim Justice to address legislation to authorize the sale of state road bonds.
The special session will start at 1 p.m. Monday. The special call coincides with the Legislature’s monthly interim meetings that are scheduled to begin on Sunday and conclude on Tuesday.
This year’s first special session focused on coming up with a state budget.
The second dealt with a variety of issues such as exempting military retirement income from personal income tax and making changes to the West Virginia Jobs Act.
