WINFIELD, W.Va. — Bail was set at $500,000 cash Friday for the Lincoln County man who lead police on a pursuit the day before that ended in a crash on state Route 34.

Travis Salmons, of West Hamlin, was arraigned in Putnam County Magistrate Court Friday following his release from a hospital.
