Naya Rivera has domestic battery charge dropped

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A domestic battery charge against “Glee” star Naya Rivera has been dropped, according to Kanawha County sheriff’s deputies.

The actress was charged during an incident in Chesapeake back in November when she allegedly hit her husband Ryan Dorsey in the head and bottom lip.

It happened when the couple was taking their child for a walk down the street.

Deputies said Rivera was drunk at the time.
