Gallery: Phillips’ 19 points lead GW over Ambassador Christian

LOGAN, W.Va. — George Washington improved to 10-2 with an 85-46 win over Ambassador Christian in the King Coal Classic.

Justin Phillips led the Patriots with 19 points, while Matthew Cook scored 14 points, Bunky Brown added 12 points and Alex Cook contributed 10 points.

George Washington this week is rated No. 5 among Class AAA teams in the most recent MetroNews Power Index.
