Woman dies in Kanawha County crash

HERNSHAW, W.Va. — A woman is dead following a two-vehicle crash in Kanawha County.

It happened at around 11 a.m. Wednesday in the 4100 block of Lens Creek Road in the Hernshaw area.

The crash involved two vehicles, according to Kanawha County sheriff’s deputies.

A woman driving one of the vehicles was killed. The other vehicle had two woman who were injured. They were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Lens Creek Road was shut down Wednesday morning.
