1 killed in Mason County vehicle wreck

MASON COUNTY, W.Va. — A deadly car crash is under investigation in Mason County.

One person was killed when two vehicles collided early Saturday morning, according to deputies with the Mason County Sheriff’s Department.

It happened around 7:30 a.m. at the intersection of Route 87 and Ripley Road.

The condition of a second person who was hurt in the wreck was not available on Sunday afternoon.
