MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — With scouts from 30 NFL teams on hand (only the Chiefs and Seahawks were absent), West Virginia’s pro day unfolded at the Caperton Indoor Facility on Thursday.
The fastest Mountaineers? Cornerbacks Mike Daniels and Elijah Battle ran matching 4.49 times. (Ka’Raun White assured the media he would’ve bettered his 4.52 combine time, but his agent advised him not to run in Morgantown in deference to upcoming team workouts.)
