WINFIELD, W.Va. — Class AA No. 2 Chapmanville Regional stayed unbeaten by knocking off No. 3 Winfield 7-3 Friday night.

Conner Mullins picked up the win for the Tigers (5-0), striking out 10 in five innings and giving up two runs.

Chapmanville scored two runs in the third and four runs in the fourth to take control of the game as Mullins (2 for 3, 2 RBIs), Kyle Browning (2 for 4) and Dakoda Collins (3 for 3) all had multi-hit nights.

Brett Morris went 2 for 3 for Winfield (5-2) in the loss.
