BECKLEY, W.Va. — Authorities have released the identity of a body found along a road Wednesday night.
The Raleigh County Sheriff’s Department announced Terry Kennedy, Jr, 34 of Sprague, was found dead along Robert C. Byrd Drive.
Deputies said the body was found by a teenager walking through the area.
Kennedy’s remains have been sent to the state Medical Examiner’s Office to determine a cause of death.
