Woman killed in Boone County motorcycle crash

DANVILLE, W.Va. — A Charleston woman was killed in a motorcycle crash in Boone County Sunday night, state police said.

Lethie Purkey, 46, lost control of her motorcycle on U.S. Route 119 near Six Mile Road in the Danville area, troopers said.

The wreck occurred at about 7 p.m. Sunday.
