Two killed in Harrison County pile up

WILSONBURG, W.Va. — Two people have died following a wreck at the intersection of U.S. 50 and W.Va. 98 near Wilsonburg.

Authorities say the crash, which occurred around 3:40 p.m. Tuesday, involved a total of eight vehicles, including a water truck.

Four others were sent to the hospital with unknown injuries.

The Harrison County Sheriff’s Department is continuing to investigate.
