T-bone-type collision claims life

CHARLESTON, W.Va. — A man was killed in a two-vehicle collision Wednesday afternoon along U.S. Route 119 near the Southridge shopping center in Kanawha County.

The deadly t-bone-type collision took place at about 1 p.m. when a driver pulled out of Parkway Road and was hit by a driver on Corridor G (U.S. Route 119).

According to witnesses, the man who died was in the vehicle that pulled out into traffic. The woman driving the other car was injured and transported to a nearby hospital.
