CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — A 30-year-old Clarksburg man was indicted by a federal grand jury Monday for methamphetamine distribution.
Jacob Renard White pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and distribute methamphetamine. White admitted to distributing methamphetamine in February of 2017 in Harrison County.
White faces up to 20 years incarceration and a fine of up to $1,000,000. Under the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, the actual sentence imposed will be based upon the seriousness of the offenses and the prior criminal history, if any, of the defendant.
