A federal arrest warrant was issued on June 19.

The FBI said Christy stole a vehicle from Butler Township, Pennsylvania, last week, driving the vehicle before abandoning it on Interstate 64 near Nitro.

Investigators said Christy should be considered armed and dangerous and may have several handguns on him.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to Christy’s arrest.

Christy is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall and around 165 pounds. He has brown hair, yet in some pictures, he has a shaven head. He also has green eyes.
